The amenities were top-notch, especially the fitness center and swimming pool. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, making me feel like a valued guest. The regular housekeeping staff on L17 was so kind and helpful. Room was spacious and bed/pillows were very comfortable for me. View was nice at night time. Complimentary non-alcoholic minibar drinks were great. Breakfast could use a little more variety but was still enjoyable. Good customer service from the restaurant staff, especially the egg station cooks. Pool was good with a stunning night view. Proximity to Lalaport mall, TRX mall and Sungei Wang Plaza was very convenient. 1hr from KLIA.

Staff were attentive. The location is low key and is an area populated by locals. It may not be the best idea to roam around at night, but there is security on site at all times. Easy pick up area for ride hailing and reasonably close to tourist neighborhoods. Lots of options for food nearby. Not many open past 10pm, but i don’t mind since the area is quiet. The view in the hotel rooms are lovely. Cityscape. Modern finishings and decor.

The room was really spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. There was a hot water heater in our room (some rooms have coffee pod machines apparently) and the security is really good. The breakfast is really good with food changing from day to day and an egg station for different egg dishes. The hotel is close to a Lalaport mall and there is a monorail stop - Hang Tuah - which is easy to get to even with suitcases.

In that area the local restaurants and laundromat were really good and cheap. Small gym and pool but it is nice to have. Pool bar was nice as well.
